Hey all, thank you so much for the vast majority of you getting your Backerkit sorted out, and the patience from those who had some troubles in getting it sorted out. We've got another update here for a few things that are recurring or otherwise common so people can reference them.
Getting Multiple Figures
For folks who want multiple sets of the Creators action figures and are worried about having a split or balance of the number of each one, you should be covered by the Backerkit. The way that it's been set up, it should ask you the question of which figure(s) you want multiple times, once for each set. if you're having trouble with this, please reach out and let us know!
Which Figures are Getting Signed?
For folks who have multiple sets of figures AND who are having a number of them signed that is less than the total number of figures, we will be addressing that closer to. We don't know the specifics on how we're going to handle it just yet, but we will be updating you once we have it figured out and will keep you posted.
Apple Accounts and Unreceived Backerkit Details
Some who have still not received their backerkit email might be because you handled your Kickstarter with Apple. In short, the email might not have gone through. If you still haven't received it and think this is you, please check your messages on Kickstarter as you should have already received a direct message from us through there.
